Job Description:
- Record, file and maintain specifications of all referred cases; Gather information to create a document for each of the beneficiaries
- Conduct interviews, diagnose problems, search for facts, and keep information relevant to the case in a trusted environment
- Preparing correspondence and weekly reports and submitting them to the project supervisor
- Prosecution of individual cases in order to resolve them through counseling and representation of the client until reintegration
- Participate in workshops, seminars, meetings and stay in touch with the project manager supervisor as well as all stakeholders involved
- Establish and maintain a good return system based on the wishes of the beneficiaries
- Organizing and facilitating legal and psychological-social counseling courses individually and in groups
- Perform other tasks under the guidance of the project manager or supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree – a graduate in law, sharia, and social relations is preferred
- Have at least two years of work experience in the relevant departments
- Have good communication skills
- Speaking Dari, Pashto, and preferably English
