Job Description:

  • Observe and monitor the general process and currents of the school and report it to the department.
  • Appoint a secretary for school meetings and committees set up at the school and report on their work.
  • Supervision and control of stabilization, classification, and time in reputation (name and birth of students)
  • View and guide teacher lessons.
  • Planning and organizing the affairs of teachers’ education and training councils, considering the bill, and making decisions on the actions of the one-year school plan.
  • Attracting the cooperation of the students’ parents by making telephone calls and holding meetings in a timely manner.
  • Control the presence of school members and how they perform their duties.
  • Control of short and long-term curricula of teachers and control of the curriculum.
  • Prepare for the quarterly and annual exams and check out the exam questions.
  • Conclusion of the quarterly and annual exam.
  • Satellite sessions to raise the level of knowledge of students and the professionalization of teachers.
  • Participate in relevant educational field meetings.
  • Completion of school supplies and educational equipment required by the school.

  • Organizing school and sports competitions and creating healthy academic competitions among students and taking care of it with the cooperation of teachers.
  • Preparation of administrative books according to the bill, such as office, teachers’ admission, entry and issuance, Gender book, receipt book, teachers’ assembly book, order distribution book, property book, school history, curriculum contents and letters, students’ dissertations, registration of exam results and Progress of education, information book, book for teachers, mercenaries and students, three conversion pieces for students, registration of suggestions, registration of division of school hours, health book (introduction of patients to the doctor), book of discipline, contact book for parents of students.
