Qualifications and job responsibilities:

  • A preliminary interview with the complainant regarding the complaint and the necessary guidance for submitting the complaint;
  • A comprehensive study of complaints according to the procedure for handling complaints and identifying the required documents;
  • Completion of a checklist and a written request for the required documents from the complained office and other relevant authorities;
  • Submitting the complaint package to the relevant department for further implementation after ensuring that the documents are completed (listed and addressed);
  • Submitting a report on the non-cooperation of the complained offices to the relevant department in order to hold coordination meetings on a monthly basis;
  • Follow-up of the results of coordination meetings with the departments in order to obtain the required documents and in case of non-cooperation of the departments, submit a report to the relevant directorate;
  • Observance of the principle of confidentiality, impartiality, justice, and non-discrimination in the grievance process;
  • Record the information of the complaint file in the database of the Civil Service Complaints Board;

Management duties:

  • Arranging monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans in accordance with the general plan of the department to achieve the objectives set by the department;
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports and, if necessary, to the competent authorities of related activities and achievements;
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations, and objectives of the Office;

Coordination tasks:

Providing working relations with the relevant departments of the commission and departments for the timely implementation of the assigned affairs.

Employment conditions (level of education and work experience):

  • Field of study: Having at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields: law, sharia (jurisprudence and law), and higher levels of education in the above fields is preferred;
  • Work Experience: Having at least two years of work-related work experience.

Skills required:

  • Fluency in one of the official languages of the country (Pashto or Dari) and familiarity (writing and speaking) in English
  • Computer skills related to the task.
