 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers to the table.
  • Decorate and prepare tables for eating.
  • Cleaning the dining table and adjusting the related equipment after the guests use it in a standard and professional way.
  • Provide information about existing foods and suggest new foods to guests.
  • .Going and requesting guests for food and drink as well as serving it professionally.
  • Ensuring that the food is hot and cold The food is hot and cold before serving and also ensuring the health and health of the food and beverage ordered to provide standard services.
  • Having knowledge and information of all services, products, ritual principles and rules and cultures and customs of different religions of the country and the world.
  • Cooperation in cleanliness and related equipment as well as coordination with the kitchen in cooking food.
  • Resolve the problems of the guests to the extent of competence and also share it with the department manager.
  • Use the specified uniform as well as maintain personal cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Informing the guests and customers of the restaurant about the special foods and drinks of the day in a standard and professional way.
  • Collect unclean and used dishes and send it for washing or conversion if necessary.
  • Avoid making inappropriate talking noise during work to maintain silence in the workplace.
  • Maintaining good and respectful relations with guests and staff in the performance of duty as well as cooperation and coordination with other parts of the hotel when necessary.
  • Having a good mood and good behavior with all domestic and foreign guests and also avoiding the use of words that cause annoyance to guests and staff.
  • Maintaining personal cleanliness (face, uniform) of the workplace and also not using any unnecessary cosmetics, drugs, and intoxicants, preventing reading, listening to music, talking inappropriately, and using mobile phones during work.
  • Being on time for a certain task.
  • Participate in all courses and capacity-building programs to obtain information and capacity-building.
    Provide daily work reports and when necessary to the relevant section of activities and achievements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the relevant department in accordance with the laws, regulations, and objectives of the department

Job Requirement:

  1. High school (12th Class) certificate.
  2. Good communication skills in Pashto and Dari languages (English is preferable).
  3. No disability.
  4. Good appearance.
