Job Description

The objective of the task: Collecting clients’ complaints, analyzing and analyzing them in order to prevent conflicts, and explaining the relevant guidelines.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Record complaints received and refer them after evaluation to committee members and relevant authorities.
  • During the process of complaints received within the committee and communicated to the relevant individuals and authorities.
  • Protection and supervision of the received documents, in order to better organize the office.
  • Timely follow-up and continuous follow-up with plaintiffs and departments that have requested information.
  • Collaborate in designing and developing specific mechanisms for reviewing and handling applicants’ complaints.
  • Participate in the Committee for the Investigation of Objections and Complaints to resolve disputes and cases and provide the necessary technical facilities and advice to the Committee.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan of the department, in order to achieve the objectives set by the department.
  • Transfer of professional skills through workshops, seminars, and workflow training to affected employees.
  • Managing and evaluating the performance of affected employees, determining the training needs and capacity building of employees in affected departments.
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports and, if necessary, the activities and achievements of the relevant department, in order to inform the leadership of the department.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the department.
  • Communicating with the relevant departments and presenting the results of the evaluated documents to the relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Have at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Political Science, Engineering, Administration and Management, Sociology, Public Policy, Literature, Philosophy, Public Management, Project Management, Communication, Anthropology Agriculture from national and international educational institutions inside or outside the country is preferred to higher degrees in the above-mentioned fields.
  • . Have at least one year of work-related work experience for a bachelor’s degree from national and international institutions inside or outside the country.
  • An out-of-field candidate with at least five years of fully relevant work experience is eligible for this position.
  • Fluency in one of the official languages ​​(Pashto or Dari) and familiarity (writing and speaking) with English.
  • Computer skills in task-related programs

  • Educational documents (inside the border must be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and outside the border must be a written evaluation of the Ministry of Higher Education)
