Ministry of Refugees and Repatriations ( General management of diaspora population stabilization )

Gathering information on the Afghan diaspora population by creating an information database;

Specialized tasks:

• Collecting, recording and analyzing information about the diaspora population (a group of Afghans living abroad) in different countries through an information database;
• Provide information from the Afghan diaspora population in different countries to the relevant departments for further implementation;
• Receive information from the diaspora population (country, specialty and level of education) through refugee affairs files and Afghan representations residing in the countries;
• Provide expert opinions and suggestions for the active participation of the diaspora population and their performance in preserving, developing and strengthening the spiritual culture of the Afghan people, in fostering national traditions, customs and preserving cultural relations about the history of the country;
• Analyze the collected data of the population of new diasporas abroad in order to present it directly to the directorate and make further decisions;
• Arranging and arranging meetings with the relevant departments implementing the Diaspora policy to plan and implement the executive mechanism of the Diaspora population.

Management duties:

• Arranging monthly, quarterly and annual work plans in accordance with the general plan in order to achieve the set goals;
• Submitting monthly, quarterly, annual and, if necessary, relevant activities and achievements in order to inform the leadership of the Ministry; And
• Perform other duties assigned by the competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the Ministry;

Conditions of employment:

• Field of study: Having at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields:
  • Communication
  • Economic
  • Public Administration
  • Governance
  • Philosophy and Sociology
  • Psychology and Anthropology
  • Public Administration
  • Law
  • Political Science
  • International Relation
  • Public Policy
  • Public Administration
  • Policy, Department of Commerce, global studies from national and international educational institutions inside or outside the country, is preferred to higher degrees in the above-mentioned fields;
• Work experience: Having at least one year of work-related work experience for a bachelor’s degree from a national or international institution inside or outside the country;
