Specialized tasks:

  • Execution of affairs (office, accounting, banking, purchasing, and other financial affairs) related to the project.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and coordinator on the preparation of work and implementation plans according to financial resources, procurement, and calculation
  • Supervise the continuous collection, recording, and updating of budget information, figures, statistics, and indicators in order to assess the needs, forecast, and accurately measure the expenditures and budget needs of the central and provincial sectors in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and bills.
  • Participate and express a professional opinion in the design, modification, and renewal of policies, procedures, guidelines, and financial and accounting bills to achieve fruitful results and accelerate the work process.
  • Collaborate with supervisors or supervisors in monitoring project activities.
  • Collaborate in preparing and reviewing the annual development budget.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports to be submitted to the International Organization for Industrial Development, Global Environment Facility (GOB, MOEF, IMED, ERD, MOF) according to financial resources, procurement, and calculation.
  • Support and cooperation with the project manager and coordinator regarding the conservation of financial resources, calculation, and procurement, taking into account the references and information.
  • Supervise the arrangement of letters, inquiries, suggestions, reports, and other budget documents in the files and filing of the relevant branch in order to maintain and take care of it and make it available to the head of the department in a timely manner.
  • Participate and express a professional opinion in the design, modification, and renewal of policies, procedures, guidelines, and financial and accounting bills to achieve fruitful results and accelerate the work process.

Management duties:

  • Arranging monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans of the relevant department in accordance with the general plan and strategic plan, in order to achieve the objectives set by the department.
  • Managing and overseeing the performance of affected employees to ensure their employment, encouragement, and training.
  • Provide transparency and accountability of the work of the relevant department to achieve the necessary goals
  • Develop and transfer professional skills through workshops, seminars, counseling, and workflow training for affected employees
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager and coordinator.

Employment conditions (level of education and work experience):

  • Education:
    • Having at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields: economics, business administration, financial and accounting management, and other related fields, and a higher degree is preferred in the mentioned fields.
  • Work experience:
    • Have at least five years of work experience from inside or outside the country in one of the sectors (finance and accounting, living budget, bookkeeping, remittances, financial review, accounting, financial and accounting, financial and administrative, bookkeeping and allocations, Budget, preparation, and procurement) or other items in this bill of duties.

Skills required:

Fluency in one of the national languages and English (writing and speaking)
Computer skills in task-related applications
Necessary skills in leadership, communication, and decision-making.
