Aria Apollo Hospital provides 24-hour medical services to dear compatriots in the southwestern part of Herat province. Aria Apollo Hospital was opened in 2007 with the efforts of leading doctors in the field of medicine and treatment and with the approval of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Afghanistan. After five years of specialized treatment of children and internal diseases with Indian and Afghan doctors, many efforts succeeded in expanding the hospital to a wider center and creating newer wards with more facilities in the field of specialized medical services in urology, trauma, pediatrics, general internal diseases. Obstetrics, general surgery, orthopedics, physiotherapy, skin and beauty, ENT, eyes and teeth, CT scan, X-ray, Echo, ultrasound, laboratory, etc.

The marketing manager is responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans for different parts of the hospital. The marketing manager is primarily responsible for creating marketing plans for the hospital in the region, especially in the southwest. The marketing manager must have a clear plan for customer retention and continue to strengthen the relationship between the customer and the hospital.
- Have a work plan for the proper marketing department of the hospital.
- Refer and call past customers and discover the reason for their non-referral and communication and solve problems between us.
- Measuring customer satisfaction and designing programs to increase their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer and design executive plans to take advantage of opportunities.
- Creating a relationship (correspondence, interview, face-to-face or telephone call, …) to attract the client and prepare more service conditions for the client in the hospital.
- Estimation and forecasting of services provided by the hospital to the seasons of the year, six months, and year for patients and patients.
- Provide feedback to the hospital director on progress and provide more services to patients and patients within the province and outside the province.
- Design and development of new techniques for the satisfaction of patients and patients.
- Rate analysis and providing appropriate rates for hospital departments to clients.
- Analyze and identify the competitive market and provide appropriate advice to the hospital’s director.
- Provide sufficient information about the services available in the hospital to the people during the visit and the environment.

Education / Conditions:
- Having a twelfth grade or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, and business or a job relationship
- Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing
- Have enough information about marketing criteria and standards
- Ability to speak Dari and Pashto languages, and the power of good comprehension
- Have the proper physical strength for the task.
