Job Description:
- Observance of the policy and implementation of the working procedures of Mashal University
- Chairing the meetings of the Faculty Scientific Council
- Arranging timely and regular meetings of the Faculty Council
- Representation of the faculty against other branches and institutions
- Provide discipline in the faculty
- Solve the problems of faculty members and students within their competence
- Supervise the implementation of legal criteria and decisions of the Scientific Council of Mashal University, the Board of Directors, and the Faculty Council
- Take measures to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the faculty
- Proposing appropriate proposals and programs to improve the teaching, research, and work situation in the faculty
- Supervision of the implementation of the curriculum by members of the academic staff
- Collaborate with the Vice-Chancellor for Study and Evaluate the curriculum and textbooks and grade them according to the needs of the community
- Execution of administrative and faculty affairs
- Submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the activities of the faculty under the auspices of Mashal University and Academic Vice-Chancellor
- Daily care of the presence of professors and staff under high duty coverage
- Effectively employ covered employees to perform effective and productive tasks
- Take care of the presence of professors and staff covered
- Creating order and discipline in the classroom to improve and enhance the quality of the lesson
- Encourage students to study, scientific, social, and cultural activities
- Observance of all materials, including the duties and responsibilities of the employees of the institute
- The performance of other duties not mentioned in the bill will be delegated by the Academic Council and the President of the University.
Job Requirements:
- Ability and talent in the academic sector. Knowledge of the credit system, good ability inaccurate planning, preparation of various plans and reports on the faculty of journalism. Familiarity with basic computer programs, the English language, and the internet
- Education: with a degree from a respected higher education institution, especially from abroad to the master, priority is given to the doctor
