Qualifications and job responsibilities

1. Design and development of new software according to the needs of users of civil service offices; ٫ Maintain, maintain and improve the performance of existing software;
2. Software testing in accordance with accepted software development criteria;
3. Ensuring software performance and optimization;
4. Provide effective suggestions for improving existing software and developing it if necessary;
5. Collaborate with other software development specialists in the design of algorithms and flowcharts;
6. Integration of different software as needed;
7. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software;

Management duties

1. Planning and arranging monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans in accordance with the department plan to achieve the objectives of the department;
2. Submitting monthly, quarterly, annual and, if necessary, direct reports to the competent authorities and competent authorities on related activities and achievements;
3. Perform other related duties assigned by the authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations, and objectives of the Office;

Field of Study

Having at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields of computer science, information technology, computer programs, computer science, programming from national and international educational institutions inside or outside the country, is preferred to higher degrees in the above fields.

Work Experience

Have at least two years of experience in one of the following areas: Database Management, Programming, SQL, Software Development, Software Engineering, Development Methodology, PHP, C #, JavaScript and Angular Frameworks / Systems , comprehensive knowledge of SQL and Scripting) from national and international institutions at home or abroad.

Skills

1. Fluency in one of the official languages of the country (Pashto or Dari) and English;
2. Computer skills in task-related applications including (familiarity with PHP, C #, JavaScript, and CSS programming languages, software development, algorithm design, and implementation skills, ability to work in a team, and maintain software.
