Specialized tasks
- Establish titles and flow of processes in need of reform in independent ministries and government departments for reform and improvement;
Enter the identified processes in the directorate database and share the selected processes with the process modification and improvement section; - Analysis of the desired processes to receive research needs and priorities in accordance with the vision and strategy of the department;
- Carrying out the necessary research and studies to receive the most appropriate method of modifying and improving the selected processes;
- Provide corrective views on alternative process alternatives after analyzing the current process flow;
- Monitoring the implementation of improved processes to identify problems, challenges, weaknesses, and strengths;

Management duties
- Arrangement of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the plan of the relevant department to achieve the set goals;
Provide monthly, quarterly, annual and, if necessary, direct reports to the competent authorities and competent authorities on related activities and achievements; - Perform other related duties assigned by the authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations, and objectives of the Office;
