Monitoring and reviewing the activities of community health workers in the area covered, at least once a month
Collecting and consolidating reports of community health workers and providing them with information about the results.
Arranging and supervising all matters of registration, preparation, and procurement, expenses, etc. in relation to the packages of community health workers
Active participation in the design and implementation of various in-service training for community health workers
Taking responsibility for creating health checkpoints based on a previously planned plan in cooperation with the relevant director
Up to the local councils (at the level of clinics and health clinics) and participation in the meetings of these councils
Ongoing education on nutrition, environmental health improvement, and special attention to the condition of mothers and children in the area covered
Reflect all the health problems of the health shells and the health of the community and suggest solutions to the office
Actively raise the level of professional knowledge, especially in relation to health guidelines and professional activities.
In-service education and training of community health workers
Perform all other duties required by high-ranking officials of the institution

Graduation from grade 12, or higher, Institute of Health Sciences / Male Stone is preferred
Having one to two years of work experience
Having a kind and friendly personality, healthy and enough energy to work
Adequate work skills in managing and mastering local promotional languages
Having Afghan citizenship
